So many wonderful tributes have been made to our dear friend Miss Snickers, we weren't sure if we could find the right words, but we felt it important to let her family know how much she meant to us and this community. Although our world is a 'virtual' one - our sense of loss and sadness is very real. We never met snout to snout - but we did meet heart to heart. We are truly thankful.
Our love and support to her family,
Diana, Sally and Paddy

Yes. Heart to heart. Gussie is right. That is a perfect way to describe the bonds that have been created. Snickers' last days brought hundreds of families closer together, in acknowledgement of the common love that we share. We know that we, personally, have gained so much from our love of Snickers and her family. And our new and deeply felt connection with YOU is one perfect example.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Fergi (and Jake. He's looking over my shoulder.)
(And, in response to Petey's question ... no, that date with Sally still needs to be put on the calendar, Jake. We know this is a busy time of the year ... but bottom line, you are SHY, my silly brother. And she isn't going to wait forever!)
Woo found the khorrekht words...

We're rushing around right now, pasting the same comment into your blog as several others, to say 1) check our blog - we've got a (relatively) new award for you, and 2) we'll be back later. We are determined to catch up this week!

Wearing a sweater on the date; crew neck or turtle?
Always let her drink first out of the water bowl.
If she snarls, give it back right away. (It doesn't matter what it is.)
She sez jump, boyz say how high.
Warn her that Lacie's smoothies can be rather powerful.
We think this content may be sorta helpful to Jake...we'll let him know when the poker par er um class will be offered.
